New Additions to TroopMaster/PackMaster Web 2.0
Following our initial launch, we've recieved tons of requests for new features and options in the system. We heard you loud and clear! Since our release, we've made countless additions and enhancements to the program, data tracking, and reports available in the system. Below is just a short list of some of our numerous upgrades.
Internet Advancement 2.0 support.
Ledger - Full finance tracking is now available to help manage your unit finances. Includes over 20 new reports.
New Report - Merit Badge Counselors with Students report.
Improved Activity Email Reminder - With the new Activity Email Reminder anyone with Activity Add/Delete and Email permissions can schedule and view scheduled email reminders from that activity's Edit screen. The new interface now offers a "Mail-Merge" type feature that allows you to type the subject and body of the email but interject data from the actual activity with key-words like ACTIVITY_TITLE and ACTIVITY_LOCATION. When it is time for the mail server to send your scheduled email it will then access your activity and fill in the data from the event. If the activity's date is changed or the number of days/weeks prior the send date for the email will be adjusted as well. If your event has registration enabled you can add REGISTRATION_LINK to the body of your email and each person will get their own personalized message with a link that allows them to RSVP without needing to login to the site.
Website - Added option for Dark/Light theme for Web 2.0 (you can find this under the File Menu).
Eagle Palms - Added support for retroactive change to Palms completion.
Recharter Report - Added support for Lion Adult Partners on Recharter report.
Changes Log - Increased log file tracking from 90 days to 180 days.
PackMaster Web - Added import from Cub Trails.
Saved Reports - Saved Scout/Adult General Purpose Worksheet, General Purpose Matrix, and Custom Reports are now shared by other members in your unit.
Training Course Details Report - New option to include legend of training course codes at the bottom of the report.
Unit Documents - Your can now categorize your unit documents to make them easier to use.
Website (mobile access) - Added 'My Account' button for users to update their login password to the site.
PayPal Payments - Modified description to accomodate PayPal's latest updates so we can show Activity Title and Date along with the payment information.
Advancement - Added support for latest BSA changes to Eagle Palms.
Export - Added School to list of available fields for personal data export.
Unit Documents - Added option to hide unit documents based on user account permissions.
Email Groups - You can now print a list of addresses from your email groups.

Receive Cub Scouts from PMWeb 2.0.
Import from Black Pug - Some councils/camps are using software from Black Pug to record Merit Badges and Advancement. We except their export file.
Two Deep Communication - Optional Two Deep Communication address can be added under Email>Email Settings. If an address is defined a copy of every email sent from TMWeb will go to this address as well.
CC Parent Email - Optional checkbox on each parent's personal data screen to send a copy of any email sent to their scout.
Schedule Email Reminder from Activity - You can schedule a reminder to be sent in Weeks and/or Days prior to an Activity and/or on a specific date.
Create Custom Filter Activity Attendance screen - When this is enabled for an Activity a Custom Filter (Unit>Custom Filters) is created based on whom RSVPs for an event. These filters can be used in dropdowns through out the software.
Activity Documents - You can upload documents for Activities. They can then be downloaded by users when they register for an event.
Activity Title - Expanded from 20 to 40 characters.
Activity Location - Expanded from 30 to 60 characters.
Partial MB Remarks - Expanded from 80 to 200 characters.
Unit General Info - Added BSAID.
Reports>Custom Reports Export.
File>Personal Data Export.
File>Settings>Preferences - Added Hide RSVP Maybe and Include guardians not in same household on registrations.
